Shipping & Returns
RETURNS: Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, once an order has shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges. But in the unlikely event that the product is damaged or defective; products may be returned to Pure Intent after contacting customer service. Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product. At the discretion of Pure Intent, defective products may be replaced within 30 days of purchase provided the following criteria is met:

We are aware of unauthorized parties selling counterfeit Pure Intent products As a valued customer, retailer, and distributor please use caution in buying products from unauthorized resellers as these products may have been tampered with or mishandled and do not represent the Pure Intent brand. Please note that Pure Intent will not be able to honor exchanges or refunds for any products sold by unauthorized retailers.
SHIPPING: To receive free shipping, you must spend a minimum of $150, before any applicable taxes and after any discounts are applied. Please include your phone number on all orders, in the event that there are issues with shipping.
